Policies
Fluke Catering would like 24 hour notice for all typical catering orders. Monday orders must be placed by Friday at 10:00 A.M. to ensure that products are available. We would appreciate 48 hours notice for orders involving hot prepared entrées. We understand that last minute orders occur, and as always, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your catering and event needs.
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may be charged a fee based on items already purchased.
It is our policy that any leftover food will be discarded after the event. We will leave leftovers that are safe to consume e.g leftover cookies/brownies and can beverages, if the client requested before hand. We do not recommend serving leftovers after the event as we cannot anticipate how long leftover food has been held at unsafe temperatures, nor are we qualified to evaluate the condition of the leftover food. Under no circumstances can leftover food be given to our guests. The client will assume full responsibility for any liability as a result from consuming leftover food after the event.
